Conductive Silicone Sealant-for EMI dispensing gasket

Introduction

Conductive Silicone Sealant developed by Doo Sung is a conductive product which contains silver coated copper & nickel coated graphite filler with high electric conductivity. Due to its inherent properties of silicone contained metal filler, it provides not only excellent electric conductivity but also strong adhesive strength to wide substrates. Also ID-CSS series is odorless and environment-friendly due to Low-VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) type. ID-CSS-AS has excellent adhesion for metal deposition or plated metal.

Curing Conditions

It takes maximum 24 hours for complete curing at the room temperature. However, curing time will be reduced to about 8 hours at the high temperature (30~50℃) and high humidity (50~70%).

Handling Cautions

For it reacts to the moisture and oxygenic atmosphere, a high attention should be paid to handling this product and the handling cautions are;

  1. Curing time will be dependent on humidity and temperature.
  2. Prolonged storage at room temperature should be avoided.
  3. Prolonged exposure to high temperature (above 30℃) should be prohibited.
  4. The adhesion strength will be changed according to the material of substrate and / or coating.
  5. Shelf life is 4 weeks after manufacturing data at storage temperature (1~ 10℃).
